New Beds, New Home!
The Doolins are a music loving family with seven children, three under the age of 18. Their teenage children enjoy showcasing their dance and vocal talents in high school performances. Their youngest child, Twylyte, is a five year old bundle of energy who loves playing outside.
In November 2019, the Doolins suffered tremendous loss when their home burned down. While seeking affordable new housing, they stayed with family for a short time then moved to a long term hotel. Two high schoolers and one preschooler attending virtual school in one hotel room made for some challenging days.
They came to the Love Fund requesting new beds, bedding, and clothing to replace what was lost in the fire. Twylyte’s favorite new item is her sparkly pink high top sneakers.
This week we received good news from the Doolins. Almost exactly one year after the fire, they have moved into their new home and are excited to be using their new beds and bedding from the Love Fund!
